dc.description.abstract This dissertation is focussed on the failure of conducting peace and security in the world through the Security Council. She veto power holder, generally known the permanent members of Security Council, illegally use their power. Since the giant states using the power illegally, doing harm to the week and poor states. Sometimes those states attack the emerging states violating the rules of international affair. In the conclusion it has been argued for amending this loophole. The United Nation can take proper step to control the giant states so that they can not employ veto as per their choice. Then the object of the Security Council would be gained. en_US
