dc.description.abstract This dissertation focuses on the features of fundamental rights in the constitution of Bangladesh. Accordingly, it deals with the definition, nature and classification of fundamental rights and finds out its reflection in the constitutional provisions of Bangladesh. Further the paper scrutinizes the drawbacks relating to the proper implementation of the fundamental rights in our country. Several paragraphs denote the stipulations under which these fundamental rights can be suspended under the constitution. Some case references have been provided to understand the real nature of the suspension of these rights and also to recommend some possible solutions. en_US
