I was assigned at Axiata (Bangladesh) Limited (Robi), under the supervision of Eti Laila Kazi, Lecturer of Department of Business Administration, Stamford University Bangladesh and thesis title was “Performance of Telecommunication Industry in Bangladesh: A case study on Robi”. A company’s main objective is to earn more profit by giving benefit to their customer through a perfect management system. Firstly I have award about the background of Axiata (Bangladesh) Limited and its future target. After that I explain about its different type of products and its services. All the sector is described by the report for comparing the recent telecommunication market. I have done Industry Analysis with Porters Five Forces which is analyzing an organization's industry structure of a strategy processes and implement by a SWOT analysis in order to determine the present standpoint of the company. Finally I have award about the company’s problem and its solution. Recently Robi is unable to hold its 2nd position due to fierce competition from Banglalink who is more aggressive in the market with huge investments. This may be also enhanced the performance of competitive market. Though other operators are trying their best to beat, Axiata (Bangladesh) Limited “Robi” is still ruling the industry with the promise of being “Clearly Ahead”. en_US
