Abstract

This is an internship report of Market and satisfaction analysis of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. In Bangladesh, Pharmaceutical sector is one of the most developed and hi-tech sector which is contributing to the country's economy. After the promulgation of Square Control Ordinance - 1982, the development of this sector was accelerated. The professional knowledge, thoughts and innovative ideas of the pharmacists working in this sector are the key factors for this development. The main purpose of the report is to provide some information about the satisfaction of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The specific objectives are to complete the internship program, gain practical insights into the working environment of the organization, and gather knowledge about the marketing and promotion of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The area of study is confined to Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Bangladesh. This report has been prepared through extensive discussion with company employees and business related people. The report will also present the current position of top Pharmaceuticals market players on the basis of their performance. Necessary data and information is collected from both primary and secondary sources. For primary data sample size 100 and the respondents are chemist, chemist come doctor and MPO’s .Qualitative and quantitative techniques are applied to evaluate the performance of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. At present there more than 270 companies are involve to produce and marketed pharmaceutical product and meet up 95% medicine of local market . The broad objective of the report is to understand and analyze the products and market situation of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd.’s product in Bangladesh special force on antibiotic for that reason, I have tried to understand the situation of antibiotic. Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. are one of the better companies it was established in the year 1958 which provide better quality product at reasonable price .for producing product the use modern technology. Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. have 270 products. It has two divisions as like Pharmaceutical Products and Herbal (Unani) Products. their product are in different from like tablet, injection, syrup, suspension, capsule, lotion, pediatric drop etc their continuous standardization of modern machinery, high qualified and skilled professionals in production and marketing could bring a glorious prospect to the company.
